The only time when I shave with shaving cream, I got a big bruise on my neck. Won't be doing that again for now. Actually, the bruise looked like a hickey, only in a wrong spot and bleeding. A week later it still looks red, and I am not sure that it will go completely. Each time I shave without a cream there is some blood. The shaver does give a close dry shave, though. Skin feels smooth all day, the only disadvantage is burning sensation and some swelling as if after depilation with an electric depilator.
Shaving takes about five minutes. I need to make several passes in order to achieve the desired smoothness. The blade warms up to about 50 degrees centigrade unlike the two other rotary shavers that I had previously.
