I have had several electric razors over the years. I like the convenience of them, but they always caused so much irritation to my skin that I had to stop using them. The Panasonic is different.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the lack of irritation to my neck. I have only dry shaved so far, but there is still almost no irritation at all.
No electric razor can shave as close as a blade, but this one comes close. I do have to go over the same problem areas a couple of times, but it is still quicker and more convenient than using a blade.
My only disappointment was the fact that a week after I received this razor, it showed up under Amazon's "Today's Deals" for $70 less than I paid for it. The regular price today is about $70 less than I paid.
