This is my second electric shaver, first one was a wet/dry Norelco, and it tore my face up so I bought that Gillette Fusion razor which gives an excellent shave. I am going to be out of the country for a while so I needed an alternative, did the review process and it came down to the Panasonic or the Braun series 7. I got a killer deal from Amazon so I went with the Panasonic, and it is great. The complaints about the cleaner being noisy are true; but who really sets there and listens to it any way, just close the bathroom door. The shaver works great dry and excellent wet, also with shaving cream it is just like a regular razor.
